Cancellation Policy

Veluda Water Filters makes every effort to provide prompt and accurate service to its customers. Below are the official order cancellation terms for purchases made through our online store.

1. Cancellation before order shipment

The customer has the right to cancel their order free of charge, provided the cancellation is made before the products have been shipped.

Cancellation methods:

• By email at info@veluda.com, stating the order number

The refund is issued using the same payment method.

2. Cancellation after order shipment

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Returns Policy.

In this case:

• The customer bears the cost of returning the products.
• The product must not have been used or unsealed (in the case of hygiene products such as filters).
• The refund is issued after inspection of the product.

3. Cancellation by the company

Veluda Water Filters reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

• If there is an availability issue or a technical error in the system.
• If a problem is identified with the payment details or a suspicious transaction is detected.
• In the event of force majeure or technical malfunction.

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund of the order amount.
