The company VELUDA WATER FILTERS believes that its success depends on the continuous provision of high-quality products that meet the expectations of its customers.

The company's objective is the manufacturing, assembly, trading, installation, and maintenance (wholesale – retail) of water purification systems for domestic and professional use, satisfying the requirements of customers and consumers with regard to quality, environmental protection, and the hygiene & safety of the final product.

To achieve this, it commits to allocating resources and implementing procedures that will continuously strengthen the food safety culture among its staff, environmental protection, and the achievement of quality objectives. It maintains that every employee is responsible for fulfilling the company's commitment to quality, environmental management, and product safety, through the successful execution of their duties, with a developed awareness of their participation in the requirements of the management systems.

The company's principles regarding quality, environmental management & food safety form the foundation of management's commitment to achieving the objectives of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 22000 management systems.

For the company, quality, environmental management and food safety is not simply limited to the production of safe, recyclable, and high-quality products. Safety, environmental management and quality means respect for consumers, employees, and partners.

In this context, the management and every employee of the company commits:

● to the establishment, documentation, and maintenance of a Quality, Environmental Management and Food Safety system that identifies, evaluates, and controls risks related to safety and environmental management at all stages before and after the production and distribution of products,

● to the application of Greek, Community, and Third Country legislation on matters of environmental protection, product safety, and the rules of good manufacturing practice,

● to communicating our strategies and our performance in environmental safety, food safety, and quality achievement to all partners as well as to key external stakeholders,

● to ensuring the continuation of our performance in matters of quality, environmental management, and product safety in accordance with the ISO 22000 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards,

● to human rights and the rights of employees regarding wages, working hours, working environment, and allocation of resources,

● to matters of health and safety in the workplace and to the non-employment of children,

● to confirming the effectiveness of the management systems we use through internal as well as external audit procedures recognized by International Standards, and through internal and external communication with the relevant bodies,

● to our effort to ensure that our suppliers feel the same commitment to safety, environmental management, and product quality, and monitor the materials they provide with the assistance of incoming product inspections and audits,

● to the effort to implement its objectives, which concern all business processes and have been communicated to the respective departments (Finance – Sales – Procurement – Warehouse – Production, etc.) and to all staff.
